In the marvelous setting of this hotel on the Tuscan hills, some central and attractive spaces for customers have been redefined: the courtyard and the vegetable garden serving the restaurant. In the first case, a large dose of greenery was added to the central fountain, as if to shield its view while maintaining the sound of the water that accompanies aperitifs and dinners. All around, large spheres and potted trees complete the space, giving the formality befitting a Castle. A little further down is the new vegetable garden, conceived as a place of production but above all as a garden to experience: here the production of vegetables and herbs alternates with ornamental plants, cut flowers and edible flowers. Ancient wrought iron seats and a pergola with a large table offer two moments to be able to sit and contemplate the landscape or to taste freshly picked products.
